About Valerie:
For the past two years, Valerie Daniel has served as Managing Director of the Relateful Company, overseeing a thriving global organization of 48 facilitators guiding thousands of practitioners through the company's immersive mix of programs—including their Leadership Academy, Coaching School, online practice platform, and in-person Studio. She remains hands-on in guiding individuals, couples, and teams, and finds one of her greatest joys in training others to bring this transformative “way of being and doing life” to the world through the Relateful coaching methodology.
Before becoming one of the world's most respected leaders in the field of interpersonal growth and transformational coaching, Valerie held senior director roles within Fortune 500 telecommunications firms, building on her MBA and a BA in Psychology. Dissatisfaction with the missing vision in traditional corporate culture led her to years of dedicated practice in the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and then Clairvision. This evolution from solitary meditation to a practice rooted in authentic, relational connection is at the heart of Relatefulness.
Valerie is someone you feel so gently loved by when you spend a few minutes in her presence that you won't even realize your life and perspective are forever changed for the better. There are very few people in the world trusted as much as her—to listen, guide, transmit, and embody relatefulness so deeply that anyone attending her sessions, events, or coachings will be moved.
Under her stewardship, the Relateful Company continues to grow and adapt, staying true to its core values of genuine human connection. In her free time, you’ll find Valerie enjoying a good football game, sharing meals with friends and family, or contributing to the Bramble Center, a California nonprofit she helped found in 2024 dedicated to researching collective awareness and fostering cultures of wholeness.
